The SILO by TALENT is operated in the spirit of a talent developemt This means that we only employ young, talented hotel and gastronomy professionals who have completed their apprenticeship in gastronomy or the hospitality industry in the last 4 years or less. The team is led by an alumnus of the Swiss Hotel Management School Lucerne.
