The food at Silo is uncomplicated yet refined. You get your combos at the counter of the open kitchen, and if you like, you can sit down with your plate at a table with other people. Silo food is also excellent for sharing.
Food
Our restaurant is open for everyone: for our neighborhood, for the people who work in our atelier spaces, for our hostel guests. We cook fresh on site every day. Join us. There’s always a seat available at the big table.
Drinks
At the bar we serve you what we like to drink ourselves: craft beer from our own brewery Volta Bräu, as well as refreshing drinks that will also surprise you, plus our own homemade ice tea and lemonade.
Opening hours
Mon–Fri 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Sat 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Sun 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The hostel is accessible for guests at any time.
Brunch
On weekends we extend breakfast until 2 p.m. That’s called brunch. Brunch is important for your energy levels and for socializing. Come to the brunch at Silo, where you can dig in, again and again, for hours. Because that’s how brunch works.
Garden
In the Silo garden you will immediately fit in with the neighborhood. Sit down and enjoy life. It’s a great place to meet people, start something new, or linger over a coffee.
And when you look up, the Silo might even wink at you with one of its porthole windows.
Events
For a nice event you only need a reason – that’s you – and a nice place – that’s what we have: for a meal with your loved ones, as a place for a toast, or for a get together with your whole team.
