Development of young talents in the hospitality and gastronomy industry

The TALENT association for hotel and gastronomy has the purpose of "promoting and developing young talented and motivated professionals from all professional fields of the hospitality and gastronomy industry". This in the sense of a non-profit organisation. The association is at the same time the founder and owner of the GmbH SILO by TALENT, which will manage the business operation.

The founding members of the TALENT association for hospitality and gastronomy acted both as board members and, in part, as coaches with various tasks.
