When can I check in?
- from 15:00 via our self-check-in terminal
- Groups receive separate check-in information
Self-Check-in
How does it work?
Two days before your arrival, you’ll receive a link for the online check-in.
➔ Enter your ID details and those of your fellow travelers (this is required by law) – it saves time on site!
On site at the tablet:
- Here you complete your check-in.
- If you haven’t entered your details yet, you can do so directly on the tablet.
- Afterwards, you can conveniently settle any outstanding amounts by card (cash payment only possible during the day with our team until 7 pm).
- Then you’ll receive your key card with information about your room number (private double room) or your room name (dorm).
Note:
Group bookings will be informed separately and are excluded from self check-in.
Access & Security
The entrance door is closed from 7 pm in the evening - access only with code (received 2 days before arrival by e-mail) or after check-in with key card
Check Out
Until when can I check out?
- until 11:00 am
- In the Dorm: Please strip your bed and put the laundry in the basket provided in the room.
- We do not offer late check out.
- You can use the online check out option.
- Please return the key card to the welcome desk.
